The following Monday morning, Frank had the vehicle at Meadowlands ready for a test drive. About 5 hours later, the RAM 1500 was prepped and ready for delivery for me. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I dealt with Frank and Sharon who were very easy to deal with and personable. Frank introduced me to the service writers and gave me one of their cards. Being that I took delivery of the RAM after dark, Frank assured me that if I found any imperfections during the daylight, he would make it right. This year I found myself looking for a new truck. I went looking at every local dealership at every brand to make sure I bought the right truck from the right person. I found myself frustrated with so call looking at every local dealership at every brand to make sure I bought the right truck from the right person. I found myself frustrated with so called "truck salesmen" who don't know ANYTHING about the trucks on their lot. Tow ratings, capabilities, gas vs. diesel.....etc. I can't tell you how many place I went to where I knew more about the truck then they did. I stopped in a Meadowland at the end of an exhausting day of looking for a truck and found myself at Stefaan Marlow's desk. He answered EVERYTHING I had to ask. No, "I'll have to check on that...." excuses. He knew all of his trucks inside and out. No misinformation and NO B.S. Stefaan guided me though the buying experience and helped make the tough decisions when you're buying a $40,000 vehicle. He followed up and wasn't pushy; unlike the other salesmen I saw who bombarded me with voicemails saying "Hey, how can I get you back here to buy that truck thats on my lot thats the wrong color and has the wrong engine that you don't want???" Stefaan didn't give up and found the exact truck I was looking for. He went a few states away and got it for me. He made sure all the options were installed and ready to go at deliver so I could immediately start making money with it. I have been leasing from Meadowlands for close to 19 years. For all but one car my salesman was Bob Young Well, I received a call from Steve Kaplan and during the conversation he told me Bob was no lon years. For all but one car my salesman was Bob Young Well, I received a call from Steve Kaplan and during the conversation he told me Bob was no longer with Meadowlands. He also told me about a great deal. By turning in my Seebring and not making the last 5 payments I could lease a Jeep Compass at a great price. So my wife Mary and I did and Steve made the transition very easy for both of us. After doing business with Bob Young for so long I did not think it would be as easy as it turned out to be I feel like I've know Steve for years.
