I am more than happy to write this review after being a loyal client of Meadowland for over 20 years. I recently purchased my new Chrysler 200. Frank Cuccia was my salesman. Frank was professional, kn loyal client of Meadowland for over 20 years. I recently purchased my new Chrysler 200. Frank Cuccia was my salesman. Frank was professional, knowledgeable and was not pushy, whatsoever. I did not feel pressured to make a decision and was totally happy with the end result. They are lucky to have him aboard. Sharon (do not remember her last name) in the financing department, was thorough and efficient as always. I have dealt with Sharon several times of the last 20 years, purchasing several cars from this dealership. She made sure to apply any rebates available and was very quick to provide the financial information required to make the sale. I am a business owner of an HVAC company in Westchester County, NY and fully understand the sales and service aspect of running a successful business. The overall experience was excellent...car was designed as requested and every aspect was explained to me upon arrival of car. Dealer was friendly and kept me informed of everything that was taking place as requested and every aspect was explained to me upon arrival of car. The down side: I had a $1000 incentive that expired while waiting for the car to arrive (not my fault) although the dealer split the difference with me and I paid only $500 more but still I think it should have been accepted. Other point was my gas tank was empty with the explanation that they only put in 3 gallons for a new car???? Every other dealer gives a full tank when you pick up a new car and especially a $40K+ car. More
