I called ahead of time to get a wheel lock that was never in my car while trying to change my tire. He instructed me to come to the dealership for one. I get there, and he states it's specific to each vehicl in my car while trying to change my tire. He instructed me to come to the dealership for one. I get there, and he states it's specific to each vehicle. Didn't attempt to run my VIN or anything to see if there was anything there. Basically was telling me to my face there's nothing he can do after instructing me to come to the dealership. So I had to buy 4 more lug nuts just to get a wheel lock. More
