I was given all the information and the tools I needed to make an informed and wise decision for my needs. It was a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. I was made to feel like I was being listened to. Lithia had my car financed with bank I REALLY Really HATE, Chase. without even a phone call. I was supposed to go through the credit union. I understand the logic of what they did just no communication. It felt like it was forced down my throat. If I had known I would not have bought the car. Not given that or any choice once you sign on the dotted line. More

I have purchased at least 10 new vehicles and dreaded the dealership process through every purchase. I thought that Billy Day was a GREAT representative to deal with! I did not feel "pressured" at all! The purchase of my second VW from Lithia was as effortless as the first in 2003. There was a deep scratch on the car that the dealership covered the expense of repairing even though, when I brought it in, it was beyond the normal window for doing so. I had bought a used car 2 months ago and it had transmission issues. It was still covered under warranty, but my wife was worried about driving the vehicle. I decided to trade it back in on somethi transmission issues. It was still covered under warranty, but my wife was worried about driving the vehicle. I decided to trade it back in on something different. Both Billy and Greg were instrumental in finding the right car and at the right price for our family. Billy drove to Springfield that day and delivered the car to my house that night. The next morning i heard a squeel coming from the brakes. I brought it down to the dealership and a couple hours later it was fixed to perfection and they delivered the car back to my house. Talk about great service. I would definately recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I have bought many cars in my life and this has been one of the best experiences I have had. More
