Good sales people, terrible experience with finance. Paul was my sales rep that I dealt with and he was very good about making himself available at my convenience so I could thoroughly research the truck Paul was my sales rep that I dealt with and he was very good about making himself available at my convenience so I could thoroughly research the truck I was purchasing. My bad experience took place in the finance department. I did not finance through the dealership. When I declined the extended warranty and told them no to several other things they wanted to do I received rude comments that almost made me walk out and not purchase the vehicle. All of the rest of the staff were very helpful including the gentlemen that helped me get everything set up in my new truck. Overall pretty good service, only downfall was my dealings with one person in the finance department. More
