Best car buying experience! when I went to Mel Hambleton Ford, it was my first time buying a car. I was extremely impressed with the dealership the moment I walked in. I didn't have to wait long for Christie Gift to assist me but before I saw her, another sales associate asked if I wanted some lunch and helped me get a cheeseburger from the grill! Christie was amazing, she listened to my needs and made sure I got the best deals possible. Shawn Muth checked in on me and made sure I felt comfortable and helped me decide on The 2017 Ford Escape. Both he and Christie helped me sync my phone and made sure my gas tank was full. Austin also helped me print my school schedule for an additional rebate and made sure that I understood what I was signing. I have heard about how awful it can be buying a car but Mel Hambleton Ford was fun, inviting and made the whole process easy! I would definitely go back and invite all of my friends to shop at MH Ford! Thank you!! More

Friendly/helpful Everyone I dealt with when purchasing my new car was very friendly. The time spent with the paperwork was kept to a minimum which I appreciated. My wife and I have been trying to get a different vehicle [used] for 7 mos, we had tried 8 other Dealerships to no avail. 7 mos. of struggling and yet within two and a half hours Bob had us in a brand new vehicle at a payment and price that we could afford and it was new, not used.
