went with intentions to buy 2020 ford expedition max. vehicle looked as if someone took it out of town and didn't clean it before putting it back on the lot. back area had french fries, glitter and trash vehicle looked as if someone took it out of town and didn't clean it before putting it back on the lot. back area had french fries, glitter and trash. cup holders had pop syrup and trash in them. grass and stuff all over the floor mats which is understandable but added to the mess. actual person showing us payment options was pushy trying to get us to do bi weekly payments. 54,000 was asking price for vehicle and was shown 840.00 a month payment at 84 months which equals 70,560 with us wanting to put 10,000 down. something didnt add up when I called my personal bank with my credit score being 813 showing our interest rate through them would of been 6.24%. Went to Lubbers in Cheney KS and ended up buying a 2020 ford Expedition max limited through them and was impressed with how painless it was. ended up walking out with the payment we wanted at a lower term along with extended warranty and gap insurance. wont ever recommend going back to mel hambelton to anyone. More
