I had a very high pressure experience at another dealer when I was ready to buy. I had done an internet search for the F150 Lariat I was looking for. Mel Hambelton was the farthest distance from my home, but i put a request for them to contact me. The next morning a gentleman called me from the internet dept and he had the truck I wanted. I told him about my experience and that I did not want another high pressure deal where someone tried to switch vehicles on me. He asked me to set an appt with Alan Oliver. I was leary but went ahead anyway. When I pulled up he had the truck sitting up front ready to go for a drive. It was the right truck but I was not looking forward to the part of putting a deal together. He asked me a few things to get to know me and I told him what I was willing to pay. He went to his sales manager came back in about 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I have never had such a positive, low pressure car buying experience. Alan Oliver was OUTSTANDING!!! More

I bought my Ford Mustang in December 18, 2012 and had great service I thought! It took 7 months and phone calls every other day to get my first of 2 things promised to me! Now I have talked to Mario, Bra great service I thought! It took 7 months and phone calls every other day to get my first of 2 things promised to me! Now I have talked to Mario, Brad, and someone else who said they were a manager but when I called back for him they said that person doesn't even exist there! So who did I talk to? hum! I have left 7 messages with Brad ? don't know last name and have left 6 messages with Mario and even talked to Mario and he said he would check on it and get back with me by 5 pm that day and now 1 month later which is 9 months after purchasing my car and still no call back! I left 2 messages today and still nothing! I thought I would be able to get what promised but guess NOT! We are so unhappy right now that wish we would have shopped local in our town! Multiple problems with the tag and over payment at the beginning to of things promised to us! I have even called and asked to talk to the main manager and still no calls back! Very UNHAPPPY! More

Purchased used 2007 F150 on 08/23/13. Truck had an issue with the suspension and has now been repaired.
