I will never go to another dealership again. I have been to rusty eck ford and eddys toyota and had HORRIBLE service. we walked into mel hambelton where we had purchased our first vehicle. we were greeted b to rusty eck ford and eddys toyota and had HORRIBLE service. we walked into mel hambelton where we had purchased our first vehicle. we were greeted by very friendly salesmen. we were shown cars that were within our price range and to our specifications. going through the process of working the numbers they didn't mess around with us, they came back with numbers that were within our asking range. they treated us with respect and without pressure. everyone was so wonderful in trying to give us the best payment possible as well as the comfort of being able to decide without having to make a split second decision. this is a wonderful dealership. i have worked with multiple sales men and finance people and never had a bad experience. we've purchased 2 vehicles from them and will likely purchase many more. i HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! Went to the dealer and I knew which car I wanted and how much I wanted to pay per month. Stan Bogdan was great. He worked hard to give me what I needed for my trade in. I chose to use my own funds and financing to make the purchase and they worked hard with my bank to make it work out. Several very cool shirts and giveaways during a very nice customer service exit interview to explain how my Bluetooth / GPS and other features worked (even though the car wasn’t quite brand new or an actual Ford). I would recommend them to anyone. In my experience, Lathrop is a good guy that does what he says he will. More

Greg lathrop was very knowledgable about the ford f150 and worked diligently to find exactly what I was looking for. Greg was also great at getting the price point I needed on my trade-in. Really Love dealing with this dealership. Within 2 weeks 2 things have broke on the van and still waiting to see what the company plans on doing about it! The part is a dealer only part. Then the 250$ referral is crap. A month later still nothing to my friend that said they got such GREAT service I guess if your buying a NEW car then thats when they dont push you off to someone else like We was. He wasnt busy when we showed up but as soon as a NEW car customer showed up. OOH Here you can work with this guy now. Which I find just plan Rude! Plus the car wasnt even cleaned they WASHED the windows that was it dirt and all kinds of crap still in there from the previous owners. More

I purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 Limited. The truck was awesome and the salesman (Mark) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I found Mark to also be honest and worked hard to get me a fair price. The financing went smoothly and I felt I had made a good deal. The next day I was informed the bank wouldn't accept the loan (which I thought they already had) and we had to change banks and rework the loan but, everything turned out fine. This is the third vehicle my family has purchased from Mel Hambelton in the last few years and I have recommend them to others. More
