The best choice I ever made was the phone call to Mir from the Rusty Eck Salesfloor, and the drive across town!!! We are a Ford family, and will continue to be one! I have and will continue to do so, reccomend my salesman Mir to everyone that asks. Bought a NEW 2006 F150 and @ 12,000 miles front end shook when applying brakes,took it in they turned the rotors and that lasted another 10,000 miles before it started the shake again...brought it back and t when applying brakes,took it in they turned the rotors and that lasted another 10,000 miles before it started the shake again...brought it back and they replaced the rotors and it lasted 14,000 miles and AGAIN it started to shake when brakes were applied...brought it back and they REFUSED to take care of the problem because they said it was out of their warranty! Checked it out and wanted to charge me $550.00..this was on ongoing problem and I feel they should have found out AT NO CHARGE and repaired the problem,,rotors are $180.00 a peice and I do not know ANYONE that has to replace them EVERY year...this dealer knows their was a problem and blew me off! I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN! More

My poor 87 year old uncle went to this place to have his car serviced as he has done for many, many years. No more. That is a moot point because they talked him into a brand new car (after ALOT of resista car serviced as he has done for many, many years. No more. Now he is an ancient old man, with little income and a brand new car that he probably will not drive much longer because of his health being on the decline (he walks with a walker for God's sake). I'm sure there are some out there who feel they got the BEST pri them and Mel Hambelton to my friends. Over all exprience is good and price is good.
