Our experiance with Mel Hambelton Ford far exceeded our expectations. Prior to buying our 2012 Taurus we visted numerous dealers in Wichita and found them to be pushy, uninformed or not caring about our ne expectations. We visited Mel Hambleton Ford on December 29, 2011 and met Stan Bogdan, he turned out to be a "diamond in the rough" for us. Stan was very informative, listned to our needs and understood what we wanted in our new vehicle. We returned late in the afternoon on the 31st of December 2011, and decided to purchase our Taurus, Stan and all of the team went above and beyond to ensure that we recieved what we consider the best and fairest deal that we could get. Stan wasn't concerned with his New Years Eve celabrations, his only concern was for us to drive away with our new car and a smile on our faces. Because of Stan we decided to purchase a new truck from Mel Hambelton Ford six months later. Stan once again made our experiance a pleasure instead of a dreaded hassle. He went to bat for us, making sure we got the extras that we were looking for at a very fair price. The dealership took care of registering our new truck, it took some time to get it comepleted and Stan made sure that we were kept informed on its progress. I concider Stan a be "new friend". I had an outstanding experience at Mel Hambelton. I saw, online, the exact 2011 Mustang GT I wanted, so I went to the dealership and inquired about it. It just happened to be loaned out to a customer while online, the exact 2011 Mustang GT I wanted, so I went to the dealership and inquired about it. It just happened to be loaned out to a customer while her new Mustang was on order. My sales rep, Stan Bogdan, went out of his way to make arrangements to go exchange the Mustang I wanted (the one the other customer had) with another Mustang they had on the lot. We took it for a test drive, Stan showed me some cool stuff about the car, and I was sold. We worked out the details over my lunch break (which included adding racing stripes) and we closed on the purchase a little later that day. Love the car...loved the buying experience...Stan was awesome (highly recommend him by the way!) and the financing and closing was seamless.
