We recently purchased our 4th vehicle in 8 years from Mel Hambelton and each time the experience has been fantastic. Jamie (and Obi too!) made the process so enjoyable! Their customer service is bar none, communication was easy and seamless, and after a few back and forth's over the phone-we settled on a fair price for both our trade in and the vehicle we wanted and we weren't stuck inside the dealership for hours on end. Jamie's follow up was was wonderful! He reached out the following day to make sure we loved our vehicle and answer any questions we may have had.
