I was told that my vehicle needed front end work, tie rod ends and ball joints. I took my car directly from your shop to a front end shop who read the report I was given, checked my vehicle and said all the ends and ball joints. I took my car directly from your shop to a front end shop who read the report I was given, checked my vehicle and said all the parts were just fine and recommended that I do nothing to the car. Now I regret buying a battery from Melton at the suggestion of the service department. More

I would appreciate regular updates on the progress of the car. The phone was often times not answered by either the operator or the contact. I also didn’t appreciate the amount of time it took to get the ser car. The phone was often times not answered by either the operator or the contact. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had! It's a very laid back atmosphere, and we loved that we never felt hassled into buying anything. I went in for an oil change and have my brakes checked. When I got home, I received a msg from melons, telling me it's not good to refuse necessary services. I did not refuse anything. This isn't the 1st time they have shown me to decline services, when they never recommended them to me in the first place. More
