Service staff is not friendly. I could see my vehicle when it was finished and ready to go and it took too long to get my ticket. Other tickets went faster. I was given a Pennzoil coupon to apply for a gift card my invoice/receipt didn’t have the information I needed to apply. The instrument panel had been changed and not reset to what it was when I brought the vehicle in. The seat had also been moved and not reset. More
