I'm in the middle of the purchase, only because I ended up getting a great car custom built, that is the right car for me. We could of closed the deal months ago, but since it was my first car purchase, John was able to keep me from making a hasty decision, and instead I am getting a super beautiful performance car that I deserver and need!! The Manhattan-Benz dealership is incredibly beautiful, and that staff is super friendly!! Can't wait for more excellent experiences, and also getting past the 1st car buying phase! lol. They also are helping me with financials and kept me from wasting money, which I truly appreciate :) Mercedes-Benz Manhattan is incredible, and all the cars are so beautiful. Really like all the options, as well though that made it tough, though lots of fun deciding. More

As a long time mercedes benz and amg owner, Aswell as a AMG private lounge member and mbworld member, MB Manhattan is NOT t STAY AWAY!! Nightmare! As a long time mercedes benz and amg owner, Aswell as a AMG private lounge member and mbworld member, MB Manhattan is NOT the place for car enthusiasts or AMG owners. They do not treat your car with any type of care! They do more harm then good, and have left me going back to them for more work for weeks cleaning up their own self caused harm to my great E63 S AMG. It was a huge mistake to go here in the first place as recommened by a friend. The quality of work by the techs here is horrible, and would never let them touch another AMG ever. Its all sparkles and bright lights up front but behind the scene, their service work is horrendous to say the least. Any fellow AMG owners please DO NOT bring your car here and stay away. They will fix one thing and damage another just for you to revisit so they can get paid for warranty work or out of warranty work. The service advisors are clueless and the service manager Matthew Gesek is very unprofessional and rude who makes servicing your car a nightmare like you hear on the news. He offers no help for customers and is extremely unprofessional. Worst experience i have had at any Mercedes benz dealer with my AMG. More

We were introduced to Mr.Howell, with whom we successful Around 2008 we drove two hours from where we reside, to a Mercedes dealership in New Jersey. We were introduced to Mr.Howell, with whom we successfully and satisfactorily entered a contract to lease another Mercedes. Prior to meeting Mr. Howell we visited seven different Mercedes dealerships, talking to numerous sales associates. Not one associate could meet the level of understanding, compassion, and expertise that Mr. Howell portrayed. Since 2008 we have had four individual leases with Mercedes and each one was prepared by Mr. Howell who consistently maintained a level of professionalism and sensitivity that no one could surpass. Again we will meet with Mr.Howell at the Manhattan Mercedes Benz to arrange our upcoming lease. More

I met Gregory Gazzola who is in my opinion an over the top sales consultant. I'd give 10 stars if possible! Greg was very attentive, professional and not at all pushy towards sales. He gave great recommendations, took his time, and tried to work on my preferred car and the budget I had. His knowledge, professionalism and personality just make him an excellent sale consultant that I'd anytime go to again if I decide for a new Mercedes Benz. Fantastic purchasing experience Our agent Anastasia Zbarskaya was great. She made the whole process seamless and made a great effort to find us car which we wanted. We spoke with numerous dealerships / brands before picking MB Manhattan (mainly due to Anastasia Zbarskaya and Scott Malise (Sales Manager) and Kareem Raposo (Finacnce) who helped during the process. The dealership was pristine and everyone was very helpful. They also did a great job with valuing our trade in vehicle, taking care of all the registration etc. Definitely recommend this dealership and Anastasia! More
