During the car search process Kevin provided the facts about car options, went over all the features, options and advangtages of the car. My experience at MBKC was overall very good. Pricing on the car was agreed to with a minimum of back and forth, and Andy's follow up on questions has been excellent. The car (pre-owned) needed wet sanding and polishing. It looked like new when delivered. I am very pleased. Only negative, a small one, was to $199 dealer fee they tried to lay into to the deal. They gave in without hesitation, but I am amazed that a dealer of this quality would have an add on like this. Where else do you negociate a price and then have the retailer tack on a fee?? It is just dumb. More
We came over from Olathe to simply test drive a specific C350 Sport Sedan with no expectations of actually buying. Dave Sherman took us for a test drive in the M-B and then since I have a preference for a Coupe body style, he had us drive a '08 BMW 335i. Both were very nice cars as one would expect. We decided to purchase the M-B due to a good price and the extended warranty provided by the Mercedes Certified Pre-Owned program. Dave was able to also provide us with fast loan approval and a very good interest rate. We were able to drive the car home that very same night. I highly recommend this dealership in general and Dave Sherman in particular. More

Dave Sherman was a very likeable, knowledgable and honest person. We were in the market for a new or used automobile, and our decision came down to the E350 we eventually purchased, or a brand new vehicle f person. I can honestly say that Dave's excellent work in selling us the E350 and getting us financed is what made the difference, and resulted in our purchase of the used E350. In my past experience, buying a new car has been an unpleasant experience, but Dave made it enjoyable. With regard to the dealership, it was new, clean, roomy, and the service bay was incredible. I was very impressed with the post-sale services available, such as the free car wash, and other service options. More

Experience purchasing my new car was one of the best I have ever had. I was treated with respect, always greeted when I walked into the dealership, and was given as much time as I needed to make a decisi have ever had. Dave spent a lot of his time finding just the car I wanted with my requested extras plus helped me get a very fair price. He spent over 1.5 hours during delivery of the car to make sure I understood everything and offered to spend more time if needed. I specifically decided on the Benz over a new Audi because of the dealership experience and look forward to a long relationship. More
The issues I have is the quality of a new car lease. The day after I bought my car the battery died so I needed to have my battery jumped and then I had to drive around for 40 minutes wasting both my time and my gas.3-days after buying my car the "Service A" light came on saying it needs service with only 2oo mile on the car. I think when you are buying a $60,000 car you should be able to drive it off the lot with no issues. I also believe that I should not have to waste my time at the dealership dealing with so many small problems. The dealership should make sure that the new cars on their lot are ready to be sold! More
