I wish I could give 0 stars. I felt taken advantage of and lied to straight to my face. I won’t ever return. I cried in the store while the staff continued to tell me I was wrong. I had to call another Mercedes Benz to have them speak to Eric to get the service done that I was promised. Not a place for a 25 year old girl. I own the car myself but yet they won’t work with females, my dad had to call on the phone to get Eric to listen. Actually looking to upgrade my car and I will be sure that I go to a different store. This store treats women terrible. More

Waited for 3 1/2 hours just to have an annual change oil or a 30 K miles service. Service advisor said she tried to call my phone but the phone was out of service.
