I was told service would take approximately 2 hours. 3-3/4 hours later I get my car back only to find that the dealership is now charging a 3% surcharge if I used my credit card that of which should hav 3-3/4 hours later I get my car back only to find that the dealership is now charging a 3% surcharge if I used my credit card that of which should have been brought to my attention at the turn-in of my vehicle since I never had to pay a surcharge in the past for service.
