Customer service was poor. Guy trying to sell us the car had worked there less than a week and thus didn't know much. You had think management would help him out, but they just sat and watched. No one offered to go through the options the car has, we've just been learning as we go. I guess there's a manual for that 😊. Had to return for service due to a vibration issue at 55-70 that I mentioned prepurchase. They rebalanced the tires but the vibration is still there though more subdued (it's possibly a frequency induced vibration... driveshaft? axles? suspension components? IDK). Thankfully we bought extended warranty should it breakdown. More

When we spend more than $800 for a basic schedule A service, I would have expected a more personal and thorough experience. The dealer who takes care of my Subaru impresses me every time I go there I am surprised Mercedes was just “okay” give. The premium price and be and reputation. in fact, I was shocked that I had to ask for a summary of the inspection that was supposedly completed. I guess the bottom line is that your customer interaction process needs to be more thorough. More
