Terrible customer service We leased a 2020 SLC 300 here. They promised us the sun and the moon. We paid our first month lease , signed the paperwork, and were promised that we We leased a 2020 SLC 300 here. They promised us the sun and the moon. We paid our first month lease , signed the paperwork, and were promised that we would have the car that we had leased on paper in a weak's time. The process of leasing and the paperwork took a whole day. It was our worst car purchase experience. it took them two two weeks and when we finally got the car, it had half the features that we had originally asked for. It had some other features, but not the ones that we had asked for. It took them two months to give us our license plates and registration because of some mistake that they had made. As for services, they promised that we would have free car washes. Twice so far we have driven out there, waited for over half an hour and driven back without a wash. Everything takes forever at this dealership. I do not recommend this place to anyone. We are planning to lease a new mercedes at the end of the current lease. we also want to trade our Subaru for a C300 4matic but it is never going to be at this dealership. I am taking my complaint to Mercedes of America as well. I do not think this dealership is a good representative of Mercedes of America. We love our Mercedes and recommend it to everyone as a great car. But we cannot say the same about this dealership. Take your business somewhere else. More

New Car It was my first time leasing a car and Chris tried his best to secure a great car for me, which I am very grateful for, and he did. He made the process tolerable and straight forward. He also helped me receive a free detail on the car in a timely manner, as I was not too happy with scratches and abrasions on a new car's paint. However, the finance section of the process could have been more transparent as Emil could have been more assistive and more clear on explaining every important number on papers as, such as what the total price and cost of the car entails.
