Not Recommended Took my vehicle in on a Tuesday morning to have several issues checked out and was told it would be ready by the end of the day. Four days later (Fri Took my vehicle in on a Tuesday morning to have several issues checked out and was told it would be ready by the end of the day. Four days later (Friday afternoon) I received a call that it was ready, but at this point it was too late to make it over before closing. Arranged to pick it up Saturday morning. Upon receiving the vehicle I found that two of the items I'd brought it in for had not been taken care of. No one had mentioned this, and since it was Saturday, no one was available to explain why the work had not been done. In the four days it was in the shop, I was consistently led to believe everything was being handled and it was just taking longer than expected. No one ever suggested that they wouldn't be completing the job, and now I'm left to find another place to fix what this MB dealer did not. And, just to top things off, trash was left in my vehicle... a half full water bottle and plastic wrappers. Bad enough under ordinary circumstances, but in this time where we expect extra attention to cleanliness, this was unacceptable. Obviously, this was a very frustrating experience, and it's highly unlikely I would consider going back to this location. More

Over priced repairs. $1000 for a battery replacement is absurd. Especially when they were told what the issue was when it was towed in. Why they spent 2 hours trying to figure that out snd 4 hours to repla absurd. Especially when they were told what the issue was when it was towed in.
