Monica was not available , so I called the operator and asked if have someone walk over to ask Monica to call me. She said she was the only person there and that was not possible. I found it frustrating . I needed to find out if I could get my car that evening. I decided to drive from Lakewood to the dealership to find out. No, it was not ready . Please figure out a way, if the service staff is busy a BETTER way to find out the status of your car... More
Fantastic service experience! Erik was very friendly, communicative and efficient. He even found a recall that was due on my car and took care of it for me. The added bonus was tha Erik was very friendly, communicative and efficient. He even found a recall that was due on my car and took care of it for me. The added bonus was that I received a free alignment out of it which, was needed and it didn't cost me a penny. I would highly recommend Larson Mercedes in Fife and when your there, go see Erik!! I was able to set my car for tire replacement one day prior and was able to get an appointment the following day. Quick service, excellent service advisors. Which they email me monthly but often times done know a thing about. That would be nice for them to know about those. Also didn't check and fill DEF tank which is usually part of service. But overall, excellent service and I'll be back again. More
Disorganized / poor communication The good: Got a great price on a used minivan and dealt with a very friendly and helpful salesperson named Cathy. The van was very new in the inventory, and had not been cleaned after obtaining from the previous owners. It also had a dent. The van was sold to me on the promise that it would receive a detail and the dent would be repaired. I took the van home on the promise that the service department would be in close contact to schedule the service. Scheduling the initial service was frustrating - I had to call several times and reach out to our salesperson before finally getting an appointment. After the appointment, I struggled again to get timely communication on when the van would be ready to pick up. I had to call or text several different people. Finally I was told that it was ready; and upon pickup I discovered that although the dent had been fixed, the detailing had not been done - at all. It was the end of the day and I had no choice but to go back home. To the dealership's credit, they did offer to come pick up the van (in Sammamish, ~hour drive) to do the detailing at a second session, but scheduling was inconvenient and loaner vehicles were reportedly at a premium, so I had to get detailing done separately and invoice the dealership. Later, my family also had a poor experience picking up the license plates and trying to get them attached to the van. It was insisted that they'd need to wait for an appointment because the van would need to be drilled into; which was not the case. They were finally able to borrow a screwdriver, after much convincing, and do it themselves. I think everyone at this dealership means well, but it is not very organized and the internal communication is lacking. More
