Brian Nelson does a fabulous job! I sent an email earlier today, but to summarize, Brian provided excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable, has exceptional work ethic and is an advocate for the customer. Even though he was extremely busy, he communicated with me via text providing updates on my car’s service. He didn’t try to sell more service than needed and gave complete explanation about the service elements. I also brought the car in because the sealant cover to protect from rock chips which is still under warranty had bubbles that needed to be repaired. Brian recognized that the repair was done very poorly and is trying to work with the owner of the company to do it correctly. They put a patch in a spot that is already lifting away and didn’t fix the area with the bubbles. They need to replace the sealant on the entire bumper. Your service department has improved in the last few years over my experience with my last Mercedes. I will be back to get my service with Larson as a result of Brian’s great customer service. Your service is expensive, but good work is worth it. I am not thrilled with the 3% service charge for using my Visa. More
