Service A 2019 G63 I went in for Service A and a brake squeaking issue and requested a loaner vehicle since I do not live in the area. I was called twice by two differen I went in for Service A and a brake squeaking issue and requested a loaner vehicle since I do not live in the area. I was called twice by two different people telling me I could not have a loaner vehicle (which, I was promised when purchasing the vehicle) because service A was only an hour and a half appointment. After I explained my situation for the second time I was offered a loaner but was told they may have to rent a vehicle for me through Enterprise. My service appointment was at 12pm and I got my notice that my vehicle was finished at 6pm. Service A was completed, however, my brakes on my vehicle are still squeaking every single time I apply them to which I was told: "that is normal with these brakes." Disappointed in the overall experience and will be using a new service center. More
