If they needed to do that to take care of the recall stuff or repair stuff, they should have reconnected it for me. More

Experience We ended up purchasing our vehicle at the end of lease which went fine. They gave us a temporary plate for the vehicle and said the new plates wo We ended up purchasing our vehicle at the end of lease which went fine. They gave us a temporary plate for the vehicle and said the new plates would be available in about a month. About a month later they call and say the plates are ready. (They didn’t offer to mail them to my home). So we made the trek to the dealership and picked them up in the sales department and the girl said I had to go to the service department to get them put on. So I went back there and lucky me no one in line with 4 or 5 reps standing behind their computers. I asked if someone could slap on my plates while I was there. They said yes but it would be 10-15 minutes. Then I asked if I could borrow a screw driver and do it myself....same answer. So a little peeved we left. So the experience being a minor annoyance made me think, is this the way it will always be when I come in for service? Why have the customer come in to get their plates? Is Larson too cheap to mail them? Should I have my maintenance done elsewhere? More
