Don't try a contactless purchase with this dealer as they still expect you in the office immediately with a check. Made a deal, signed the order and they sold the vehicle out from under me anyway before we d still expect you in the office immediately with a check. Made a deal, signed the order and they sold the vehicle out from under me anyway before we deliver payment. I offered a deposit to hold vehicle till next business day, they turned it down. (dealer says its not legal but every other dealer does it?) of course we all know a non refundable deposit a litmus test for seriousness of closing the deal but this dealer pretends otherwise. In a message of dissatisfaction to management Brandon Kindle, I get an insult in return as apposed to any sort of apology. Just plain cheesy. Salesman Arnie Manansala was nice enough and I know its out of his hands so I'll abstain from rating him rather than judge him on his managements failure. More
