Absolutely the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a Mercedes dealership ever. Repeatedly dropped the ball with every opportunity given. Very unorganized to say the least. I asked them to perform a B service which I believe they did. They charged more for the B service than where I normally take my car. I was told they do more than just a B service.
