I took my Mercedes C300 in for its B6 service. If it had not needed service I would not have taken it in because it ran beautifully. When I picked it up it was shifting hard and not running optimally. Because it was a Friday and a holiday weekend I couldn't get in until Tuesday. I was not able to get through to customer service so I drove the car back in. Giovanni was my customer service representative. Fortunately, he was able to get me a rental because it was 9 days before I got my car back. I figured I would get a call back within A-day of leaving my car to find out what was going on and how long it would be until I could get out back. but I did not and had to constantly triy to contact customer service. Which is difficult. If I left a message with a customer service when I could actually get through. Giovanni was good about calling me back. They had to completely redo the transmission service on my car and when I finally picked it up it seems to be running well. I only drove it straight home so I haven't driven it long enough to see if it is driving optimally now. This was all very frustrating and time consuming for what should have been a simple service. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Mercedes Benz of Tacoma. Alaya was my sales lady and her and I connected right away and she knew exactly what I was looking for.
