The servicing was fine, as far as I can tell. However, customer interaction was below average. Most places I go greet me at my vehicle. MBT has a small driveway with no one outside. They did not verify which was my vehicle, ultimately confusing it with someone else's. This led to a lot of misunderstanding, requiring me to drive back down before they would work on it, and point out which was my vehicle. It's good that I did, or they would have done my service on someone else's vehicle. Even then, they remained confused, thinking I had two different VINs on my vehicle, which is not true. They also have no courtesy vehicle or shuttle, unlike most places, but I was prepared for that. Other than that, they were nice, friendly people. More
