Dealership service is non-existent. Call 11:30 AM Monday, leave message requesting a call back, at 4:00 PM no call back! Positively low class ignorant people. I wouldn’t take a Yugo to these clowns. It was unbelievable that the nasty cocky service woman was surprised when I requested my automobile to be brought around by 5:30PM for pickup. I didn’t purchase a new Mercedes for it to sit at a dealership until they feel like performing any Service. Since my vehicle appointment was made so early, my automobile should have been the first in the service bay Monday morning. This is the second Mercedes dealership I have been treated like dirt. Don’t waste your time calling Mercedes Benz customer care, they are useless! Just a little nicer when blowing smoke in your face. I should’ve stayed with Cadillac. More

I purchased my AMG GLE53 in June of 2024, and Adam was my sales person. He was knowledgeable, and knew exactly what I needed to do to fall in love with that car.
