Dan the service manager had a terrible attitude after my sprinter was towed to them by Mercedes roadside assistance. He threw a fit that he didn't have room to store it and that he had customers scheduled o sprinter was towed to them by Mercedes roadside assistance. He threw a fit that he didn't have room to store it and that he had customers scheduled out 2 weeks. I was out of town and relied on Mercedes customer service for best place to go. I would have understood customers who were scheduled cone first, but the attitude I got because I didn't have an appointment for a sudden breakdown was not anything I have ever experienced. I would not recommend Mercedes of Akron. I decided to payifor my sprinter to be towed 2 hours away because he didn't want to accept my vehicle for service. He couldn't even get me a date for a service appointment. More
