CEASAR was very accommodating and appologetic about the problem and the fact that Mercedes had not yet found a fix for the problem that is apparently common in the GLC 300. I went to the dealership not less than 3 times before CEASAR recommended I call Mercedes Benz USA Customer Care. They were very responsive and helpful, calling me back several times until it was confirmed that the parts to deal with the problem were available. Despite the disappointment in Mercedes for having this problem in the first place - I can’t fault CEASAR for it - he was patient when I wasn’t and in the end - the problem (fingers crossed) is fixed. More

Excellent Service Experience Thanks to Chantall Kirby (Service Manager), Jack (Service Manager), Carlos (Technician), and the Shop Foreman at Mercedes-Benz Alexandria for repairin Thanks to Chantall Kirby (Service Manager), Jack (Service Manager), Carlos (Technician), and the Shop Foreman at Mercedes-Benz Alexandria for repairing a transfer case/planetary carrier issue with my car. After taking the car to the dealership and speaking with Chantall, she suggested that I take a test drive with Carlos, the Service Technician, so that I could identify the specific sound that I heard while driving. During the test drive, Carlos recommended a transmission flush. From there, Chantall worked with another Service Manager, Jack, and requested a diagnostic review. No fault codes. Chantall also researched bulletins on the issue. The issue was found and the part replaced, and today, I am thrilled to say that my car is in excellent working condition. The Service team at MBZ Alexandria are super stars! Thank YOU! More
