Customer satisfaction is his approach! Mr. Alvin (Al) Daniels is very adept at not only providing a professional approach, but he is also focused on the total customer experience. I brought my car in for service and Al saw me waiting and asked had I been helped. After I told him yes, he told me if there was service he could render now or in the future on the purchase of a new or used car, he would be more than happy to assist. My car that was in for service has been with me for many years and the cost to repair it was more than I wanted to put into it. I went to see Al and he was concerned about what I wanted and not making a sale. He is truly at the acme of his profession. This was displayed by his ability to explain the difference between every model on the lot. Alvin Daniels is the reason I stopped my search and bought my Certified E400 from MB of Alexandria. It is about building relationships and I have definitely established one with Al. More

Excellent customer service We recently took our 2014 ML 350 for service, and while there, decided to trade it in for a sedan. We worked with Roy and Alvin in the new car section We recently took our 2014 ML 350 for service, and while there, decided to trade it in for a sedan. We worked with Roy and Alvin in the new car section, and Michael Prati in the used car division. They all three tolerated my indecisiveness as I went back and forth between a new E400 and a used S550, weighing the needs of our lifestyle and budget against the pros and cons of the specific cars. Never did I feel pushed or hurried, and it was clear that the priority was my satisfaction with my purchase rather than their numbers. The S550 worked best for us, making this the second used car we have bought from Mike. His knowledge of the entire Mercedes line, and his willingness to take the time to be sure all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed have made him a truly exceptional person to work with. Anyone in the market for a used vehicle should go look up Michael Prati! More

Superb customer service Since I didn't purchase my Mercedes from this dealership, I was a little tentative about taking my car there for service. However, working with Malik Since I didn't purchase my Mercedes from this dealership, I was a little tentative about taking my car there for service. However, working with Malike to get an emergency appointment for my car was easily the best experience I've had to date with any Mercedes Service Department. Not once did I have to wonder about the status of my car. Malik kept me updated, and delivered it back to me exactly as promised. I will definitely look to work with him again in the future!. More
