Al Daniels helped my wife and me replace her 2016 Mercedes C300 4Matic, which was totaled while parked at our front door. We were not in it, and no one washurt, but we needed a new car and an expert who knew that we had to wait for GEICO (insurer of the person who totaled ours) before we could go ahead. Al was understanding, expert, patient and great to deal with. He showed us 2018s, and found the perfect one. GEICO, on the other hand, was horrible; it took more than 3 weeks for us to get us the go-ahead, and then only with GEICO information from Al's dealership. (GEICO is still calling us with questions.) In the interim, Al was very courteous and helpful. He took us instruction drives on features that had changed. He never pressed us to hurry and responded to our every question. In all, he was amazing. We recommend him and his work highly, to anyone who asks about car dealership. Thank you, Al. More

Service Was Out Standing I had my S430 in for a scheduled maintenance and part replacement along with that a had a problem with Mercedes Benz.Com. In explaining this problem and how I felt it was unfair, Chris stated that not much could be done and I was not feeling very good about it. After receiving my car, I look at my charge sheet and found that Chris with that part replacement. It wasn't the best but it was the best that could be done and he made it happen and I thank him for that. More
