Excellent Service by Zackery Faley My husband and I regularly get both of our cars-a 2006 C350 and a 2011 S550 serviced here. I have been coming since 2006. My service advisor now is, Zackery Faley (never had a bad adviser). He is always friendly and professional and extremely knowleageable. He keeps me informed of the work that needs to be done, the projected costs and when the car will be ready. Whether its's scheduled maintenance or an unscheduled issue, Zackery lets me know what to expect. The work is done right the first time and if any problems come up relating to the work, they are immediately taken care of with no questions asked. The price is fair and Zackery always try to get me the best service price with discounts or promotions. I can't think of anything else that can be done to improve this service experience. More

Jack is awesome! I have a 2017 C300 and I went to George to get an oil change and to take care of an issue that kept popping up on my dashboard...although he changed t I have a 2017 C300 and I went to George to get an oil change and to take care of an issue that kept popping up on my dashboard...although he changed the oil, he must've forgotten to look at the messages on my dashboard because after I picked up my vehicle, the messages were still there. Something about stopping my vehicle and letting my engine run. Worried the heck out of me. During the time my car was in service, George did give me a loaner vehicle but there was little to no gas in there and I wasn't happy with the type of car. He did let me pick up my personal vehicle after hours because he was so understanding of my work schedule so that was a big plus. All-in-all, George was hospitable and friendly although he forgot my other issues which made me have to go back to this place. I went back to the service department and spoke with Jack about the continuing problems on my dashboard and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from beginning to end. He made sure I was comfortable during my stay and even gave me a loaner that was better than my current car. He texted me with updates and reached out to me multiple times to let me know how everything was going and even allowed me to pick up my car after hours due to my hectic work schedule. Because of him, I am writing this review and giving five stars to this place. He's awesome!! More
