The customer waiting area is clean and comfortable and I was provided periodic updates as to status of work being performed. During my two previous visits I was provided with a clean, low mileage loaner. My service advisor, Zach Faley is a great guy. He is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely customer friendly. He worked closely with me to ensure my issue was resolved completely and in a timely manner. Jesse Bragg, the service manager, also spoke with me to ensure I was satisfied with my service.
