Service Department-George Boatwright I had my car in for routine service and loved the ability to just drive it into the bay and pick up my rental car. In & out without interrupting my busy schedule Malik was great he got me in and handled my car with care. He got me over to the loaner service and within 30 mins I was back on the road. I didn't have to worry about anything and the time it took was pretty amazing. Before my car was done but prior to closing Malik called to give me an update and insure me that my car would be ready in the morning. The next day he reached out to me to tell me my car was ready and when I got to the dealership he had my car cleaned and pulled out and ready for me to go. Again another seemless transaction where I was in and out. I loved it. I would tell everyone to visit Mercedes of Alexandria and ask for Malik S. he'll take good care of you. More
