Very reliable and great service George Boatwright took care of a tire problem I had. I had bumped a curb and ripped a hole in the sidewall. George quickly determined that the tire was not reparable and since I had purchased the warranty on the tire, he quickly got approval from the manufacturer to have the tire replaced. They ordered a new tire and had me back in my car in a day and a half. George got me a loaner to use while the repairs were being made. This is a great dealership and they have always provided fantastic service. I take my car there for all maintenance work and will buy another car from this dealership based on the wonderful service I always get. George Boatwright is the face of the dealership and I have complete confidence in him. More

First time maintenance, excellent service I purchased a new Mercedes at your dealership in March, 2016. I scheduled my yearly maintenance visit through my Mercedes-Benz representative, Ms. Ka I purchased a new Mercedes at your dealership in March, 2016. I scheduled my yearly maintenance visit through my Mercedes-Benz representative, Ms. Kathy Pines, for 04/11/2017. She was great! She showed me where to go to turn in the vehicle and set-up a loaner vehicle for me to get around in while my S 550 was being serviced. Additionally, she introduced me to Mr. Malik Sallieu who is my service manager. Mr. Sallieu greeted me on the day of service, took all of my information, answered all of my questions and walked me over to the loaner car station to pick up my loaner. He assured me that all would be taken care of and that I would have my car back as soon as service was completed. He also made note of the one issue with the car and said he would take care of it. When the maintenance was completed, Mr. Sallieu called me personally and told my vehicle was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, he greeted me and went over what service had been completed and answered my questions. This whole experience was wonderful! No issues, no problems just great people and service. Thank you for a great dealership and super employees especially Ms. Kathy Pines and Mr. Malik Sallieu. They are truly a credit to Mercedes-Benz. More
