A1 Service for our C-Class We took our C-Class in for A1 service and the cost of the service was to be $199.95. Would you believe that we were a "xxxx" nickle ($0.05) short of reaching the $200 amount required to redeem the $100 coupon. We explained the dilemma to Craig Duchsherer and ask him if he could recommend additional service valued at least $0.05 to get us over the $200 minimum. He was happy to recommend a "Performance Oil Change/Flush" valued at $79.95 and everything worked out very well. A further conversation with Craig revealed that our son had played football with Craig's brother at Brea Olinda High School so we had more in common than we had first believed. Our visit to Mercedes-Benz Service Department and Mr. Dechsherer was a personal pleasure as well as well as a very professional experience. More
