Now I understand what everyone has told me After looking for a convertible for nearly 9 months, I had settled on two very different options.. A Jaguar XK8 offered by Annapolis Jaguar or a Merce After looking for a convertible for nearly 9 months, I had settled on two very different options.. A Jaguar XK8 offered by Annapolis Jaguar or a Mercedes SLK 320 offered by MB of Annapolis. I was approached outside by Natalia Milbourne who offered a test drive of the SLK. I agreed. She went inside and I followed shortly after having a closer inspection of the vehicle's exterior. Once I stepped inside I was greeted (overwhelmingly) by an extremely eager gentleman who, once realizing I had been picked up by Natalia, turned off the theatrics quickly and left. The process to test drive a vehicle at this dealership is insane. Besides the usual copy of my license etc. we spent nearly 25 minutes filling out a silly questionnaire asking questions that stopped just short of my blood type. After two trips back to her manager to "get his approval on the answers and content" we finally went outside to start the test drive. I was asked during the drive what other vehicles I was looking at....to which there was a negative comment for everything..."oh that rides so rough"..."too heavy of a car".."Iv'e driven it and didn't like it" etc. etc. The comments grew tiring and prevented a legitimate discussion about the car. I was told from the beginning that the vehicle was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. It wasn't until after the test drive I was informed it was not a CPO vehicle-THAT is a big deal. After a brief discussion with the sales manager (who seemed about as uninterested in our conversation and my presence as possible) I left. To this day, not a single follow up phone call, email or mailed item has ever been sent. Natalia was very pleasant but did not exude confidence or certainty. I bought the Jaguar and it was a top-notch experience from start to finish. More

After spending time with him and listening to what he said about Mercedes we decided to contact him to investigate Mercedes a little further. What a professional he is. He was extremely informative and patient, answering all of my questions thoroughly. He was also very courteous. He took me on multiple test drives to help in my decision making process. I never felt pressured which is extremely important to me. Mike made sure to stop in while I was at the dealership to welcome me and answer any questions. Dustin was also very helpful and easy to work with. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and polite. This was a great experience and I'm now driving a brand new E350! It's not often that you get such great customer service. I would highly recommend Brian and Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. More
Was told the car I was buying was a luxury model. A few days later learned it was a sport model and it has been a nightmare trying to get this resolved. Read the very fine print in the contract---too late days later learned it was a sport model and it has been a nightmare trying to get this resolved. And that return policy was never mentioned during the sales process. Stay away! More
Mac McConnell is a dedicated Service Manager. From the first time I had my SL500 in for service that I can remember - he has been there and so has Frank Wilson. What a great experience! I, of course, LOVE the fact I have a local dealership STILL in the downtown area of Annapolis. I walked from work over to the dealership, took a test drive in two cars AND took o have a local dealership STILL in the downtown area of Annapolis. I walked from work over to the dealership, took a test drive in two cars AND took one home for an overnight stay. Brought it back next morning, got a ride to work, walked back in the afternoon... signed the paperwork and took my new, fully fueled and washed Mercedes home that evening. Thanks Brian and Mike for making this such a great car-buying experience. I waited 12 years to buy a new car and it was well worth the wait. Look forward to my free car washes! More

I purchased a pre owned hummer on Aug 30, took it to a hummer dealer on Aug 31, they found broken bolts on the exhaust manifold and exhaust leaks as well. It is apparent that when they had it inspected , they passed it anyway. I brought this issue to their attention and they did nothing. Spoke to Mr. McNicholas the general manager and he advised that it could have happened on the way home after I bought it,lno remedy offered, he further stated that is the chance you take when you purchase a used vehicle. My salesperson was Doug Boss Hog , or whatever the f&^% his name is, what a joke. When I purchased the vehicle and asked for a copy of the inspection report he advised it was not available. THis leads me to believe that he knew of the problem, and this apparently was not the first time they allowed the entity that inspected the vehicle to pass it anyway, a conspiracy between inspector and the dealer. I am now faced with having to take this matter to court. Word to the wise DONOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP....... More
