I called as soon as they opened and Denise took my call. I was pleasantly surprised to have a female sales rep to help me in such a male dominated job. Denise gave outstanding customer service from the start. She promptly addressed my needs, by locating the vehicle, got all the answers to my questions and immediately called me back. She made sure the car was freshly detailed for me when I arrived to drive it. Of course that is all stuff a dealer would normally do for you but the bigger picture is that I felt completely at ease with Denise. Again, as a woman shopping for cars, it's often hard to feel as if we aren't being "taken". Nonetheless, Denise exceeded all of my expectations in her customer service skills. He informed me of the USAA Car Buying incentives, and there was no hastle or discussion on price. Casey spent the time looking for the exact car I wanted, did not presure me, and made sure I was happy with it before driving off the lot. Other thant he fact it is a great car, in the end, I bought a Mercedes because of the incentives USAA had for the E-class. I bought it from Mercedes-benz of Annapolis because of the friendly service Casey provided. I had pre-approved financing with USAA, but Casey and Michelle worked with their bank, and they were able to get me a better rate on the same loan. When I picked up the car, everything was explained in explicit detail, and they both made sure I left with a smile and no questions. They all exhibited stereotypic negative automobile dealership behaviors. Doug and M-B of Annapolis made the new car selection and buying process effortless. We have two Mercedes dealers within 10 minutes of our home, and another about 20 mintues away. After talking with Doug via e-mail and phone we decided to drive an hour away to Annapolis. The entire dealership from the receptionist to the GM projects a very pleasant atmosphere and buying experience. The new car has arrived and we've just picked it up. The delivery process was effortless and Dough has followed up to ensure everything is as it should be. I haven't experienced service yet, but have every reason to believe it will match the purchase experience and my expectations. More

He was in short the consummate salesman never pushing but factual and correct with every issue. My leasing experience could not have been more pleasant.
