Our great experience during the test drive visit was a big factor in our decision to buy the car. However, because of its age we were concerned about what might go wrong unexpectedly. The comprehensive review that was offered was just what we needed. And when we met with Troy, we were very happy with how he made the system work for us. As a result a number of key problems were identified and repaired. The work took a few days to complete but a loaner car was made available to us. In addition, we commend the attitudes and helpfulness of everyone we came in contact with. They were honest about when it made sense to buy an extra service and when it was going to be a waste of money. They also offer a service to pick up your car and drop off a loaner so you do not have to drive to the service center. I can't wait to buy our second MB. More

I have had our GL 450 in on numerous occassions for minor repairs or scheduled maintenance services. We have been happy to date. If there is any complaint, it would be the cost of repairs. I have no issue with service cost, but it seems the service department would discount percentages based on the amount of repairs or service. I am looking to replace our GL in the near future. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it because we have always had it gargaged and it only has 41,200 miles on it. I will replace hers before deciding on either the CL or AMG class for myself.
