The completely no hassle deal that ended up being better than another dealership's "best" deal was simply great: top dollar for my trade-in and a generous discount on my new ML350. Best of all, they made arrangements to hold the only vehicle in stock with the options I wanted and the colors my Fiancé wanted until I could make the trip to the dealership. There was absolutely no pressure from start to finish. Even the extended warranty, specialized insurance coverage, prepaid maintenance and other options offered during the meeting with the financing specialist were presented as entirely optional. After making the special deal, which included a substantial discount off MSRP, I qualified under a special program for 1.65% financing for 66 months (WOW). Drew Litherland, Casey Duffy and Tom Stancavage (last but not least) helped me every step of the way. They were caring and patient and made it very easy for me to get into another Mercedes quickly. Since the 2008 C300 saved my life as well as my husband and son I knew I had to buy another Mercedes. Drew Litherland directed me to Casey Duffy, who is a terrific person. There was never any pressure as to which car to choose. Tom Stancavage, a delight to work with, made the finance process easy and actually enjoyable. I worked with Tom when I bought the 2008 C300 and was so happy that he is still there doing what he does best, getting through the finance process easily and making people smile. Mercedez benz of Annapolis, talk about the dealership of the year, the minute we walked in everybody was courteous, and welcoming. Then we met our sales person Mr. Casey Duffy, now that is the sales person the year, the minute we walked in everybody was courteous, and welcoming. He walked in the lot with us to show us the different colors they have. He was able to answer every question we askde him without hesitation, he is very knowledgeable, I mean this guy knows his stuff(I mean Mercedez Benz stuff). When it was time to test drive the car, Casey did not rush us through, he explained all the features as we drove and encouraged us to ask questions, he explained more after the test drive. This guy Casey has an excellent customer service, he also has a good sense of humor. we had done research about the car prior to visting the dealership but we learned more from Casey in just an hour. When we decided to buy the car C300 4matic, Casey introduced us to Mr. Tom Stancavage from finance. Tom is funny, friendly and courteous at the same time; he had us laughing the whole time.
