I just dropped in one day and asked for Michael. He had left me a voice mail after an internet inquiry. Luckily he was there even though it was his day off. I explained that I would never retain that much information, but was invited back at my convenience to go over everything again. I found my experience with Mercedes to be enjoyable. I had the courtesy of working with Mr. Dean Cunningham and Michelle on both purchasing occasions at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis, and I must admit that if I had to sum it up in 1 word I would simple say they were both "wonderful". Mr. Dean Cunningham customer service, quality of work, and friendliness was refreshing at the first and even after 3+ years remains refreshing. In fact, I felt as if I just went in for the keys as the experience was very hassle free.
