I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia and shopped by internet at every Mercedes dealership within driving distance. Although MileOne Mercedes Benz of Annapolis was located at the outer limits of the dis internet at every Mercedes dealership within driving distance. Although MileOne Mercedes Benz of Annapolis was located at the outer limits of the distance I was willing to drive to buy a new car, I chose this dealership because it gave me the best price for my new car and best trade in value for my old car and had a very large inventory from which to choose. When I arrived at the dealership after driving for a little over four hours, everthing was ready and the deal was just as we agreed. They didn't try to change anything knowing I had driven a long distance and would be reluctant to go back without a new car. My salesman, Steve, was courteous, professional and very personable. Even though it was late in the day on a Saturday, he took his time to thoroughly go over the features of the car with me. I would recommend without hesitation this dealership and Steve to any of my friends and intend to do so when the opportunity arises. More

Al Zayas was a great help with purchasing our first Mereceds Benz. The process was smooth and they gave us a great deal. Like most Mercedes-Benz owners, we knew exactly what we wanted and were quite particular about it. We made a specific e-mail query to the dealership. Mr. Michael Benso replied and responded quickly to our wanted and were quite particular about it. We made a specific e-mail query to the dealership. Mr. Michael Benso replied and responded quickly to our very specific requests - he was professional from the first contact right through to when he handed us the keys so we could drive it home. We flew up to Annapolis, Md from Sarasota, Fl. to get exactly what we wanted - but were thoroughly impressed with how seamless and easy the entire purchase event went. All staff that we met at the Mercedes Benz office, whom Mr. Benso introduced us to, and with whom I had spoken with long distance were very professional and prepared. Red carpet treatment: Mr. Benso picked us up at the Annapolis airport, they had the paperwork ready, he introduced us to our new car, and then still called the next day to make sure our drive home was going well - he knew we were headed out into a large storm coming up the Eastern seaboard. Mr. Benso did not just go through the motions; he listened to us, and worked hard to ensure that every need and concern was addressed. We are very pleased with our Mars Red C350 with all the bells and whistles. It is a very safe and steady car - everything we wanted. The whole experience was worth travelling that distance for! (ps..
