My wife and I have purchased several Mercedes at various dealers in the Washington DC metro area, but the care and attention we got from Darnell Bowens at Mercedes of Annapolis was the very best by far. Darnell was pleasant and straight forward in every respect offering different perspectives on the cars in stock and ultimately working with Sales Manager Dean Cunningham to find exactly what we were looking for a getting it to us in two days. Dean was fair in developing the terms of our deal and never pushy or obtuse. Darnell later spent hours with us going over the features and operations of the car, compensating for our lack of technical expertise. Even Larry the Finance Manager was easy to work with and didn't push us to buy collateral products. Mike, another Sales Manager was also very helpful. Overall, we could not have been more politely handled. More

Our neighbor bought a car from Casey and highly recommended him to us. We too had a great experience with him. He was patient. knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful. I had an excellent buying experience. I have been looking online for this specific car for over a year. When I saw the advertisement for it I knew I had to move fast. Mercedes Benz of Annapolis was a great dealership to do business with! They helped me factory build my C-300, and overall it was a good experience with them. Julian Connor was an excellent salesman and wit business with! They helped me factory build my C-300, and overall it was a good experience with them. Julian Connor was an excellent salesman and with the help of Dean Cunningham, they were able to get my C-300 safe and sound into my hands! There was a problem with the front license plate, however, they were able to repair it for free and Mr. Beltcher was able to lower my APR percentage by a whole point. I truly would like to thank everyone involved in the process and I am very happy with my purchase as well as going with Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis for my new car. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a new Mercedes hands down. More
