Easy and fast service experience Once again, Alex Clothier made my trip to the Mercedes Service Center in Annapolis an enjoyable one. I received my loaner quickly and was on my way. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the cashiers worked quickly and my beautiful, cleaned car was returned to me by a very kind gentleman who even opened the car door for me.
