No high selling pitch or pushing for an answer NOW. It was professional from the very beginning. The salesman Andrew Gallagher was amazing. He was so nice and expalined everything. He did not push me into buying and he held my hand the whole way. He has a sense of humor and is a very kind man. He is partly responable for me being the owner of an incredible Mercedes. I recommend this dealership and Andrew. A fantastic adventure! More

I had a recall on my ML350. I was offered to have the work done at a MD service center close to my home. Due to the great customer service I always receive at MB of Annapolis and my representative, Ale work done at a MD service center close to my home. This is my second car from Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis within a year &usual they did not disappoint!
