She was patient, att But I must take this chance to rate my new car purchase experience at Rusnak Benz Arcadia. My sales rep Brianna was awesome. She was patient, attentive, good at listening and not pushy like your regular cars salesperson. She actually made you feel like she’s on your side when it comes to buying a new car. The sales manager Barbie was friendly and easy to work with as well in the negotiating process. Finance manager Billy was friendly and was being very patient with the incorrect paperwork and took the time to explain all the numbers. Even the service department rep John R. was very helpful, welcoming and accommodating with helping a problem with the new car. It was a 10/10 experience. I will surely refer my clients and friends to Rusnak Arcadia for sure. Justin More
