Words do not adequately express the level of professionalism and service Perry has demonstrated. Not due to any issue with Rusnak, I had to bring my Mercedes in for service, multiple times within a short time; admittedly it was frustrating to say the least. Perry was more than accommodating in helping me obtain loaner vehicles (without having an appointment), maintaining relative updates on my vehicle, communicating with shop foreman, and being more than personable and professional. In addition, his humor and kindness were MORE than appreciated. The attention to the problem and his concern in resolving my vehicle’s issue helped me to feel less stressed about the situation. Business to business, the respect and customer service I have experienced with Perry and Rusnak Mercedes is comparable to none. Thank you! Rusnak will continue to have my business. More

It was a good experience with the salesman Mr. Andy Lok The day I went to finalize the deal at your dealership, everything was great, except your Cafe was closed for entire afternoon, 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, it The day I went to finalize the deal at your dealership, everything was great, except your Cafe was closed for entire afternoon, 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, it is something that for me is not acceptable as Mercedes-Benz Dealership, especially a new beautiful and grandiose built building. Update Success GPS Navigation system was a great success. Thanks to my assigned advisor David Gomez and shop technician who updated my system. The only downside is GPS Navigation system was a great success. Thanks to my assigned advisor David Gomez and shop technician who updated my system. The only downside is it took 8 hours and they didn't re-establish my current settings and I had to import all my phone contacts and make it convenient to navigate from the get go. We did have to find someone to enter current data into system as it was wiped clean with new update. Update is brand new again and I am currently entering all my previous destinations and had to import phone contacts as well. I am now good to go! Thanks to everyone there, I do recommend a tech guy who gets you back up and running before you drive car away. I wasn't given an estimate time, it took all of 8 hours from 9:30 am to 5:30pm. A bit nerve-racking...however I'm over it now and am happy with the car. More

A lot of time wasted at the service department I heard a lot of good things...but seems like everyone’s expectations are not the same. I came to Rusnak after having horrible experiences with ca I heard a lot of good things...but seems like everyone’s expectations are not the same. I came to Rusnak after having horrible experiences with cal star, in fact I told everyone I came in contact with at Rusnak about my horrible experience with cal star(we all laughed together at cal star) and somehow after all that, they managed to make things worse. I asked to talk to a service manager as soon as I got there but apparently he was super busy the whole day so he threw a shop foreman at me to keep me quite...nice. The shop foreman Devin was super nice and receptive towards my concerns and told me to bring my car in a week later. I did...but where I fell short was the advisor they gave me. I mean, he knew how to type everything I said very well....but as a rookie...you give basic xxx service...which ends up resulting in basic xxx results. My end result was a disaster, not only were my problems that were clearly addressed from cal star and was told they would be fixed were are all left as is, my time was clearly wasted and I even got together a long email showing all my issues and concerns all with pictures and videos all nestled into an easy to open Dropbox link for the tech(s). Nothing good came from that, nothing. Cherry on top was when the advisor texted me during rush hour on a Friday and told me my car is ready...I told him that it would be totally stupid for me to leave work on a busy afternoon and drive over an hour during ridiculous traffic(then have to drive back) and I had a family wedding all day on Saturday so I’ll be in first thing Monday morning, but he said they they’ll charge for the loaner?! Seriously can’t make any kind of exception when you text me on a Friday mid day during rush hour? So I held off all my tasks at the office on a Friday afternoon and took the xxxx drive out there. 57 minutes later I arrived only for my $200 bottle of cologne to be broken by the advisor with zero remorse or apologies from ANYONE even when I confronted them that they broke it. I spent my hour long drive back reminiscing all the good times with all the employees, especially the one who broke my cologne. More
